Plan B in case weather or river levels prevent plan A.

What is the rough outline of the day.

e.g. river running, skills coaching, group bonding.

A single downstream passage of a four mile stretch of the river Dart in Dartmoor.  The trip will be led by experienced river leaders.  The purpose of this event is to develop river running skills of the participants.
Who is leading the activities? Three Coaches with Level 3 (Kayak) qualification.

Ian Blatchley, Cliff Combes and Adrian Moon

Additional Leaders or coaches and their qualifications

Are activity leaders qualifications appropriate (ie “in remit”)

Are all activity leaders  up to date with paperwork

Ratio leaders to participants (e.g. 4 star leader 1:4, BCU Coach 1:6)

Ratio leaders to participants : 1:4

To the best of my knowledge the above mentioned river leaders are up to date with paperwork.  They are adequately qualified to lead a group in a grade two/three white water environment.  These people have experience of this role.
