Youth Leadership Awards - Cadet Leader Award

Adventure Dolphin actively encourage and introduce young people into leadership roles within Paddlesport. This scheme hopes to encourage their involvement, development of skills and recognize those already helping out.

It is aimed at young people aged 13 to 16 years and there is no entry skill level although it is anticipated that the young person would be working to achieve, or have achieved, 2 star, Paddlepower Discover or have equivalent experience.

Training is based at the Charity and is supervised by a British Canoeing Level 2 coach or 'old' BCU Level 3 coach.
