Room Hire Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Administrator at bookings@adventuredolphin.co.uk

Cancellation Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: A full refund will be issued.
  • Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the event: A 75% refund will be issued.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event: A 50% refund will be issued.
  • If the Adventure Dolphin (Pangbourne) Charity cancels the booking: a full refund will be issued.

Force Majeure

In the event of a Force Majeure event (such as a natural disaster, pandemic, or government restrictions), both parties may terminate the agreement without penalty.

Rescheduling

If the event needs to be rescheduled, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, availability cannot be guaranteed. A £5 rescheduling fee may apply.

No-Show Policy

No refund will be issued if the event is cancelled without prior notice on the day of the event.

Additional Notes

  • All refunds will be issued within 5 business days of the cancellation.
  • The cancellation policy may be subject to change. Please refer to the most recent version of the policy.
